Widespread piracy and other harmful actions against businesses that sell digital products have led Loopsfy to adopt a no-refund policy. If the downloaded content is damaged for reasons beyond Loopsfy's control, you will be able to download it again at no additional cost. If the download link is deactivated, Loopsfy will reactivate the link for you.

Exceptions: Refunds are only offered in cases of duplicate orders — for example, if you accidentally purchased the same product twice.
